Refund Policy
Last updated: 3 September 2026.
4Qweb offers a seven-day refund-request period for eligible WordPress themes and plugins. This policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights relating to digital content that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
1. Seven-day request period
A customer must submit the refund request within seven calendar days of the recorded purchase date. Requests submitted after that period will normally be declined unless applicable law requires another remedy.
2. How to request a refund
The customer must sign in, open the Request a Refund page, select the exact purchased item, explain the reason and confirm that they understand the licence consequences. Submitting a request does not itself confirm that a refund has been approved.
3. Review
4Qweb may ask for reasonable information needed to investigate a technical problem. Where appropriate, we may first offer installation help, a corrected download or another suitable solution. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible.
4. Licence cancellation
When a refund is issued for a theme or plugin, its licence is permanently cancelled. All recorded activations become invalid and the customer must stop using and delete the product from every website, device, backup and repository under their control. Updates, downloads and support end immediately.
5. Reasons a discretionary refund may be declined
A discretionary refund may be declined where the request is late, the customer has breached the Product Licence Terms, the product has been redistributed or resold, the stated system requirements were ignored, or the problem is caused solely by unsupported third-party software. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
